IQ2020 HEATER RELAY BOARD

The heater relay board part number 77119 replaces 74618 and was used in Hot Spring, Tiger River, Limelight, and Caldera Spas models from 2002 to 2009.

This is the upgrade style heater relay board that has a different connection style for the heater cord and a different point for connecting the heaters load line. These upgrades will dramatically increase the life and reliability of this part.

To replace you will need to clip off the old ends of the heater and strip back a little of the insulation. The neutral line (white from your heater cord) goes to the H2 connection point.

Included with the new heater relay board are new jumpers, two short screw and instructions. Replacing a heater relay board on an IQ2020 is a fairly simple task and we are happy to help walk you through the process.

NOTE: If your old heater relay board burned or charred significantly we recommend carefully cleaning all the soot from the box and on your main IQ2020 circuit board. This soot can lead to heat build up and shorten components life.
