Ordered this on 8/21/16 got an email on 8/26/16 saying it was shipped and a link to track it. link doesn't work, it is now 9/15/16 and I still have not received product yet. the money has been already paid and when I tried to call first time got an answering macine asking to leave name number and order number and would get back to me within 48 hrs. never did. now when I try to call it just rings and ten says no one is available to take call goodbye. I am about ready to report to BBB and file a police report for fraudulent sales. My order # is 1981
